****About the facilitator****
Ballet in the Park believes
ballet belongs to everyone. Their mission is to break down the elitist
barriers that have long surrounded this art form and reimagine ballet as
a space of freedom, expression, and belonging.
Regardless of age, race, body type, background, or experience, every
body deserves the chance to move, create, and be seen.
Through the healing and transformative power of dance, they bring
communities together by creating spaces where people feel safe to
discover their inner artistry.
Founded in South London in 2020, Ballet in the Park continues to grow as
a vibrant and inclusive community where ballet is not about perfection,
but about joy, expression, and the courage to show up exactly as you
are.
