Alt-Aerobics Class: a Fundraiser for the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre

Join us for a fun and energetic alternative aerobics fitness class to raise funds for the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre **Please note you will need to book a ticket for this event on Eventbrite. If you're viewing this page on the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre website, scroll to the bottom to book.** This alternative fitness class brings together a mix of movement and mat work to an eclectic playlist of 'not your usual fitness class' music. This class aims to meet you where you are at. Take it at your own pace, no coordination necessary! Expect tracks by SOPHIE, Amyl & The Sniffers, Peaches, Grace Jones, ESG, Paramore, Gossip, Boy Harsher, Tami T, B-52s, Shampoo and more... ****About the facilitator**** Lianne (she/her) is an LGBTQ+ focused strength and conditioning coach and community facilitator. She runs classes, coaching groups and 1-1 personal training sessions around South London. She also brings 10 years of experience as trauma informed holistic worker and group facilitator, so you're in safe, strong hands! ****Class disclaimer**** By participating in this fitness class, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with physical activity.
