DESCRIPTION:Our Pride in Ageing Manchester book club brings together LGBTQ+
	 readers from\nacross generations. This is session will be held in person 
	at our Community Hub\nat Fairbairn House. Booking required via Eventbrite.

	rent generations of\nLGBTQ+ readers together every 6 weeks to discuss grea
	t LGBTQ+ reads. The group\nbegan in 2024 by reading Armistead Maupin’s muc
	h-loved series ‘Tales of the\nCity’ – yes all 10 books! At our meetings we
	 will be discussing books by older\nLGBTQ+ authors\, books which feature s
	tory-lines about older LGBTQ+ characters\n(as well as younger ones!) and w
	riters who use humour in their exploration of\nLGBTQ+ issues. If this soun
	ds of interest to you please do join us! This event\nis open to anyone age
	d 18+\, and the book club meets in person at LGBT\nFoundation’s Community 
	Hub at Fairbairn House. To be part of this session\,\nplease book a ticket
	 via the link at the top of the page and read the book\nbefore the event.

	ely from libraries and to buy – and those that are available too\nonline a
	s an e-book or audio-book. Sometimes we may be able to offer the books\nas
