DESCRIPTION:This guided meditation group creates a unique space for LGBTQ+
  people to foster\nfriendship and practice meditation. The sessions will f
 eature a variety of\nmindfulness\, loving-kindness and wisdom meditations.
  There’ll also be sharing\nand connecting\, poetry and more. Through thi
 s\, we’ll cultivate a warm awareness\nof our own experience and go beyon
 d the individual to explore how we can grow\nand flourish as a community. 
 There’ll also be the option to socialise in the\ncafe area after. No pri
 or meditation experience required. Also suitable for\nthose who are trying
  to establish a regular practice within a supportive\nenvironment. Session
 s are free\, with an optional donation towards establishing a\npermanent L
